Taking on Hollywood once more, Gaga will be on the big screen later this year starring in Joker: Folie à Deux.

Mother Monster stepped out for the world premiere screening of the Gaga Chromatica Ball concert film. She graced the red carpet sporting dark hair and a custom white “car part” outfit by Selva as she attended her film premiere. The look may serve as a spoiler of what’s to come or mark the end of one musical era.
“On the red carpet I told them it was a car part. They said what kind and I said I don’t know, I’m not a mechanic,” Gaga on her look in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
The ‘Chromactica Ball’ world tour took place in 2022. Since then, Lady Gaga has been working on this HBO TV special. The film covers her concert at the Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles in September 2022. This would pay homage to her sixth studio album titled ‘Chromatica’.

Gaga teases new music and upcoming studio album
Fans have coined the term ‘LG7’ for the singer’s upcoming studio album. At the end of the concert film, Gaga teases a snippet of new music with the lyrics “dance in the shadow” – see video snippet below.
Moreover, in an interview on the carpet, she told reporters that she has been in the studio every day and that her new music will be “nothing like anything that I’ve ever made” (Rolling Stone, May 24, 2024). We know that Lady Gaga loves to explore different genres of music and styles so we are looking forward to this.
