The 77th Primetime Emmys Awards took place on September 14, 2025, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze, the ceremony aired live on CBS and streamed worldwide on Paramount+.
Emmys Red Carpet Fashion Highlights
The 2025 Emmys red carpet felt like a storybook, with pastel gowns, sharp tailoring and bold accessories. We love delving into red carpet fashion, and the Emmys are no exception. And with that in mind, here are our standout looks:
Lisa, stepping away from BLACKPINK’s world tour and riding high from her breakout as Mook in The White Lotus Season 3, owned the Emmys 2025 red carpet with a look straight out of a dream. She floated in wearing a Lever Couture gown in a soft bubblegum-pink, almost cotton-candy shade, serving pure fantasy and instant fashion history. For us, she won this red carpet for this reason.
Sydney Sweeney’s entrance was classic, bold, and unapologetically glamorous. She wore a red custom Oscar de la Renta gown with a strapless, cleavage-bearing neckline that hugged her waist and flowed into a long, trailing hem.
Jenna Ortega went full risk-taker. Channelling Death Becomes Her, the actress arrived in a Sarah Burton for Givenchy ensemble: a nearly-naked top of tangled gemstones and pearls, anchored by a sleek black slit skirt, sky-high platforms, and Pomellato jewels. Is this a hint Jenna? What do you know?
Gwendoline Christie cut a commanding figure in a Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann white suit, its razor-sharp tailoring offset by her signature statuesque poise. The look was equal parts minimalism and drama simultaneously.

The Emmy Award Winners 2025
A number of victories at the 77th Emmys weren’t just wins, they were milestones.
The Studio smashed records, becoming the most awarded comedy series in a single season (13 Emmys), taking home trophies for Best Comedy Series, plus directing and writing. At one point, Seth Rogen was struggling to hold all of his Emmys on stage.
In drama, The Pitt took the crown for Outstanding Drama Series, with Noah Wyle securing a Best Actor win for his role as a dedicated ER doctor, and Katherine LaNasa nabbing Supporting Actress.
Severance baked in multiple acting wins as well. Britt Lower as Lead Actress and Tramell Tillman for Supporting Actor prove its buzz was well-earned.
But perhaps the most historic was 15-year-old Owen Cooper, who as Jamie in Adolescence became the youngest male actor ever to win in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie category. Furthermore, his breakout performance helped Adolescence dominate the limited-series field with wins for Best Limited Series, Best Actor (Stephen Graham), Best Supporting Actress (Erin Doherty), plus awards for writing and directing.
